Jodie Lockman-Samkowiak
DNP, RN, CRNI
Vice President & General Manager – Michigan
With over 37 years of experience in infusion therapy and rural health, Jodie is a nationally recognized leader in clinical operations and patient care. She founded JLS Infusion Nurse Staffing Services in response to Michigan’s evolving care models and now leads Specialty Infusion Center with a steadfast focus on access, quality, and innovation in infusion services.
Lori Schley

Director of Nursing
An Oncology Certified Nurse with 19 years of clinical experience—18 in infusion therapy—Lori leads with hands-on compassion and clinical precision. She’s known for championing nurse education, safety standards, and care coordination that puts patients first.
Haley Smith
Director of Pharmacy
A Ferris State University graduate with Highest Distinction, Haley brings fresh expertise and a passion for home infusion to Specialty Infusion Center. She is dedicated to clinical excellence, continuity of care, and ensuring patients in rural areas have access to the therapies they need.
Erin Bishop
Revenue Cycle Management Lead
Erin brings over 30 years of healthcare billing and RCM experience. Her career spans pharmacy billing, home health, hospice, and specialty clinics. With a problem-solving mindset and commitment to operational excellence, Erin ensures smooth navigation from authorizations through reimbursement.
