Last year my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 rare type of cancer. Booked a vacation in Onaway Michigan which was about 4 hours away from where we live. We did this last year and in June what we thought was just a pulled muscle turned out to be a rare type of cancer. They started doing radiation on a schedule of 33 of them along with 13 6-hour chemos. They gave him 8 to 10 weeks to live. I found the specialty infusion center on North Center Avenue in Gaylord Michigan online. I set it up to have the infusions done up there while we are on vacation and on the way. I had to correspond everything with insurance somebody that could do this somebody knew what they were doing and this place pulled everything off graciously. I spoke with Michaela Heidi and Lori all who were so gracious. They made his dream come true he got to go on vacation to a place that he had not been at in probably 45 years. He passed away just a couple weeks after that vacation was fulfilled. Had it not been for Heidi Michaela and Lori it would have never happened and both of us were forever grateful. I was too broken up to contact them personally to thank them, but I hope this helps getting the word out that there are gracious people caring loving people at this place thank you ladies for your dedication and love it fulfilled my husband's Last wish.
