What to Expect

Before your appointment, our team will work closely with your provider and insurance to coordinate your treatment plan. Once approved, we’ll schedule your visit and walk you through every step — from pre-treatment instructions to what will happen when you arrive. You’ll be greeted by a familiar, local care team that already knows your treatment plan. Our nurses are experienced, compassionate, and focused on making sure you feel safe, informed, and at ease.

During Your Visit

Your infusion will take place in a private or semi-private room designed with comfort in mind. Each suite is staffed by a skilled nurse who will monitor your therapy and answer any questions. We take our time, and we take your comfort seriously.

Comfort is Part of the Care

We believe infusion therapy should never feel clinical or cold. That’s why we offer heated blankets, cozy recliners, snacks, and refreshments to help you feel at home. Some patients like to bring a book, headphones, or tablet; you're welcome to connect to our Wi-Fi to stream or browse during your visit. Whatever makes you most comfortable, we’re here to support it.
