The Centers at SIC is a physician-owned medical practice established in 2025 in collaboration with the team at Specialty Infusion Center to expand access to alternate-site infusion services and specialty care throughout northern Michigan, including for Medicare patients.
Complementary Models
The Centers at SIC and Specialty Infusion Center are separate entities with complementary service models. Specialty Infusion Center provides infusion services in patients’ homes and in the ambulatory setting. The Centers at SIC provides ambulatory infusion services, together with related physician and nurse practitioner services.
Together, these complementary models provide broad access to alternate-site infusion services across a range of clinical and insurance coverage needs, delivered by trusted, community-based teams throughout northern Michigan.
